OpenDoor has once again been busy on the international conference circuit, with Andrew Robards attending a medical conference in Cambodia late last year.
Andrew was keen to participate at the event, sharing his financial know-how with an audience of influential healthcare practitioners.
He was invited to speak at October’s conference in the city of Siem Reap, Cambodia, home to the famous Angkor Wat temple complex, following his earlier presentations in Turkey.
At the Cambodia conference, he talked on two key topics, including:
- Whether to nominate a beneficiary to your superannuation and the consequences of that decision.
- How assets pass through your estate with a discussion on capital gains tax and lump sum tax on superannuation payments.
A range of doctors and specialists from across the nation attended the high-profile event as part of their professional development.
We believe conferences like this are a great way for our planners to share what they know but also meet experts and specialists from other fields and keep up-to-date on that particular industry’s news.
